Bold Scammers Are Trying to Steal Graceland Via a Fake Foreclosure

A scam involving Graceland, the beloved estate of Elvis Presley, has been detected.

“Graceland, Elvis Presley’s home in Memphis, Tennessee, receives over 600,000 visitors annually, making it the second-most visited private residence in the United States after the White House. During peak travel season, Graceland can see more than 4,000 visitors per day, which helps boost the local economy.” Graceland.com, Elvis at Graceland

The former home of Elvis Presley was due to go to a foreclosure auction on May 23, 2024, when it was found that some documents, including the deed used by the investment company, were fraudulent.

Naussany Investments and Private Lending claimed that Lisa Marie Presley had taken out a $3.8 million loan against the property and failed to pay it. Lisa Marie’s daughter, Elvis’s granddaughter, Riley Keough, who inherited the property after her mother died last year, filed a court action to stop the foreclosure auction.
