This was the real world with real people. A real woman, a real bad powerful man, and me.

Women who have no witness are at a severe disadvantage anytime the perpetrators are powerful. There is no standard advice that will work. Every case will be a fight. I’ll add that to any discussion.

Regarding power, in that building….I was the second most powerful person: the first most powerful was the man holding his dick. The reason he got away with it was because he held that power.

My boss and others were in other buildings.

The behavior had been reported. In the real world, no one wants to deal with this problem around a powerful man so it continued. I dealt with it.
