I’ve been writing on Medium since July, 2018. I have about 3K followers. I started out at zero dollars per month x 4 months, read your stuff, jumped up to $19 the next month. I’ve had a steady up but roller coaster ride since then. High ups, low lows. In 2020, I averaged $200 per month. In 2021 thanks to getting 4 $500 bonuses, I’m up to $1,000 a month. But in March, I made $196. This month I’ll make my first $1,000 without the bonus. But who knows next month?

I write a minimum of 1 story per day submitting every 3rd article to a publication. But I don’t publish one a day. I publish as I finish each story. I’ve never had a single proposal accepted by any Medium publication that pays. Not one. They don’t like my writing. I also seldom crack the big publications instead I have small favorite pubs that I to try to please. My highest grossing articles were self published as they fit nowhere! Thanks for doing this.
