It was not on my 2024 Bingo card that Kamala Harris and Mike Tyson would lose in the same month
The white MAGA-supporting boxer defeated the Black MAGA-supporting boxer. Mike Tyson will always be a legend to me. I used to follow his every move, even though his moves were sometimes not smart. Perhaps I should say that I used to follow his misadventures.
Mike earned $20 million. After the fourth round, Mike looked like his 58-year-old self.
At the end of the fight, Jake gave Mike a respectful bow, even though Jake claimed a unanimous victory. I was glad I watched, as the fight was an entertaining evening. I find it amazing I now care about people’s political affiliations, even boxers. I am worried about our country, and it shows.
