My seven-year-old granddaughter walked into the room and dived onto the floor.
Why? I was on a Zoom call when granddaughter walked in and saw herself in the background. Instead of walking out of the room, she dramatically fell to the floor and crawled out. I let the Zoom participant know it wasn’t a mirage: a child appeared and vanished a moment before. We laughed at the granddaughter and then continued the meeting.
This is my dramatic grandchild. There is nothing she has done since she was an arm baby which does not have some type of panache to it. She is opinionated, at seven, and intense in her reactions. I can not wait to see how this whole thing turns out. So much to look forward to. She will be extraordinary, I’m sure.
