Well said! I agree with 85% but I find make-up empowering because I choose when to were it and how much to wear. I’m not going to allow the misogynistic culture steal my joy at finding just the right shade of red lipstick or the fun of playing with my eyeshadow to find the color combination that says “this is me.” I like your conclusion.
