Well written story. Good points. A diffferent perspective is needed.I believe in "you do you'. However, as a former leader of employees, I would absolutely fire anyone who quit that loudly and actively work to make sure they did not get a recommendation from anyone in my organization. If they need to work for a living, they may be in terrible shape. Burning bridges is very bad no matter how you quit, loud or quiet. Again tho, you do you. Loudly! It is all good.
