Women and minorities are nowhere to be found in leadership
The incoming Republican House of Representatives will not have a single woman leading a committee.
This is the first time no woman has held a leadership role in twenty years. There are seventeen standing committees, and a white man will lead each one when the 2025 House assumes power. We knew there would be no Blacks or people of color, and there are not.
House committee chairs are positions of power.

The Republican party is saying to their female supporters, as Trump said on the campaign trail, “I don’t need you; I just need your vote.”
