You are right.

…issue I have with it is there are too many things to remember - especially if you've been drinking. It should just be a request for a giant bouncer/staff member coming to your table to escort you out - or keep you in the public eye until you decide what you want to do - whichever way you decide to go. Ice, lime, neat - that's just nuts.

You are right. It would be easier. The angel shots are in case the guy is right there with you and you want to get away clean. Straight out to your car or to an Uber. Or, heaven forbid, the police.
